AMD Gaming Community Rules

By engaging in or accessing the AMD Gaming Community (“AMD Community”), you agree to the applicable community guidelines and these rules (including any platform specific-specific rules below) (collectively, the “Community Rules”), which may be amended from time to time by AMD in its sole discretion. You also agree that your violation of the Community Rules (as deemed by AMD or its moderators in their sole discretion) may result in your temporary suspension from (or removal from) the AMD Community and/or any other related action by AMD (or its moderators) as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion and without notice.

1. Keep it kind and respectful. Respect others and keep the conversation polite as we share our common interests in AMD and its community.

2. Keep the community clean. No excessive profanity, adult content, or links to inappropriate material. Avoid showcasing, promoting, or sharing any content related to illicit drugs (marijuana, included), illegal activities, and/or excessive alcohol consumption. Please avoid sharing content that promotes or showcases users engaging in underage drinking or drug consumption.

3. No spamming or unsolicited promotions. Spamming, self-promotion, and advertising (including affiliate links) are not allowed. If applicable, only share links to official AMD sweepstakes or sponsor social media posts, except for: AMD deals, official sweepstakes, and game deals.

4. No Harassing. Harassment, abusive content, or trolling of any kind is strictly prohibited. No insults, degrading comments (racism, homophobia, and transphobia included), or offensive remarks will be tolerated. Additionally, do not ask other members for free items.

5. Health and Emotional Boundaries. Please avoid sharing medical advice. You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm. Please also avoid sharing the traumatic experiences of others or yourself.

6. User profile guidelines: Impersonating an AMD employee or partner is not allowed. Do not use “_AMD” in your username unless you are an official AMD employee. Profane usernames or profile pictures are prohibited.

7. No sharing of confidential information. Do not post, link, or advertise leaked AMD documents or content under NDA. We encourage hardware discussions but do not condone breaking confidentiality agreements. Never share sensitive information via messages—employees and mods will never ask for login credentials, money, or compensation.

8. No political or religious conversation. Avoid sharing political and religious opinions.

9. Do not consistently misinform others. Please do not share false or unverifiable information about world events, people, or the company.

10. We are not held accountable for incorrect information found here. Please be mindful of any community members giving you the wrong information that may damage your hardware. AMD makes no representations or warranties with respect to any information found on this channel, and you agree to assume the risk of making any system adjustments based on any information found on this channel. 11. AMD Community language is English. The designated language across this platform is English. While we have members from all over the globe speaking a variety of languages and barring any specific global events (where a stream is primarily in a language other than English), our moderators need to understand what you are saying to do their job effectively.
