It is hard to check only one.
I started with story. My older sister and I would LOVE sitting down to watch my brother progress through Tomb Raider or Resident Evil. Once Resident Evil 2 rolled along, I enjoyed discovering more about the game and got to play some parts and work on puzzles my brother got stuck on. Moving onto Diablo and eventually Super Smash and its all about the competition. I sat at that stage for AGES. all the way through LoL. Then came Minecraft and other survivor games for the creativity. I love it ALL, but story was my original hook.
