Some games give you incredible freedom.
Unfortunately, that freedom occasionally results in… unintended consequences. An NPC gets launched into orbit. A carefully placed explosive affects everyone. A teammate wanders into the blast radius at the worst possible moment.
Sometimes chaos just has splash damage.
