Merchant’s Stall
The merchant catches you passing his stall and hurriedly waves you over. In his hands is a small, peculiar object that he keeps turning upside down as though the answer might eventually fall out.
“Bought this from an adventurer who swore it was incredibly valuable.” He squints at it. “He also laughed the entire time I was counting his gold, which I’m beginning to find concerning.” He holds up the mysterious fragment., “Surely you recognize it?”
