Geralt’s Deithwen from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Surprisingly, the twisted pommel figures is what I recognized before the hilt. I had just played The Witcher 3 recently and well, it kinda hangs out behind him! I believe it is also featured in Witcher 2.
