You’re seated. The food’s coming out. Conversations are happening. And in your bag? A handheld. A controller. Maybe a whole laptop “just in case.” You’re not saying you’ll boot it up… but you’re also not not saying that.
So be real, how unhinged is it to bring your gaming device to holiday dinner?

Confession Time: What device are you bringing, and what game are you absolutely ripping during the festivities? Tell us in the thread below!
Honestly, that is a time I personally don’t bring anything to do with gaming, I try to focus soley on family time as well as doing things I don’t normally do during the rest of the year like board games with family for laughs ect. Also, since it’s only for a short time during the early evening, I use it to give myself a break from gaming as well. A time to recoup and get out of reality and remind myself why I love gaming lol. But also why I enjoy life.
It all depends on the situation. With our Christmas, my spouse and i head to my sisters place where my three nephews live. Part of our Christmas usually involves us gaming together with them or sometimes throwing a party game on the TV for everyone to play together.
