my card is XFX SWIFT which max at 3720 boost but when stress test it the clock jumps to above 4600mhz by itself and i already tries to undervolt it and didn’t work.
Set everything back to default settings and use the AMD Cleanup Utility to remove old graphics driver files in Windows Safe Mode, followed by installing the latest recommended Adrenalin driver version 26.3.1 for your RX 9060 XT GPU.
