What Game Did You Play Over the Thanksgiving Weekend?

Long weekends were practically made for gaming. Whether you revisited an old favorite, knocked out a new release, or finally had time to make a dent in your backlog, we want to hear about it.

I bought Sniper Elite Resistance, the latest by Rebellion. I played every installment and really like them, plus, after seeing the “Overwhelmingly Positive” reviews on Steam, I had to get it!

L.A. Noire thanking AMD for coming up with AFMF :). While I don’t like frame generation in general, this is a great solution for games capped at low FPS. In this case 30 → 60. Not perfect, but much better than no AFMF.

I stick with my old favorite, World of Tanks - Blitz. I can only play an hour a day, otherwise I feel more pain in my mousing hand. I thought that having two cats around would have addressed that problem, but no. I’m ‘Kitty Pal’ in this screen shot.

I played some GTA: Online

Nothing like making money and taking candy from a baby en route to a Mansion!

I also purchased Returnal, so I’ll get into that one of these days. Maybe. Hopefully.

I’ve been playing Arc Raiders and Battlefield 6 atm. I don’t have time for much else unfortunately. Might load up some single player stuff on the laptop and take it to work so I can play on down time :zipper_mouth_face:

I have played Beyond all Reason, it is a fun game, it is like Supreme Commander, the other great thing is that it is free and still being worked on, they are adding a new faction to the game

I’ve been on that Arc Raiders grind. Played some Fortnite in the spare time when I wasn’t as stressed. :joy:

Keep playing the classic version of WoW

A combination of Diablo 4 and Assassins Creed Shadows. Recently upgraded from a 6900xt (now in hubby’s computer) to a 9070xt, on Black Friday. Everything has been smooth so far.

I have not yet tried World of Warplanes. Can it be played with just a mouse and keyboard, or do you need a joystick and pedals? Asking for a friend…

Checking in with Steam, apparently I played it for about 12 minutes back in September 2018. Should I give it another try? I would need to download it again and the game is around 45 GB.

Star Citizen, been playing it for the past 2 years. Squadron 42 release was just announced for 2026 release!!

So much Arc Raiders…
