My system tray:
As you can see, Riot Vanguard is controlling me. Which is the first thing I turn off each morning when booting up! Tbh.. I cleaned this up the other day where I had EA launcher, Ubisoft launcher, and one other one that would auto-launch.. been neglecting changing that setting until the other day!
I flip flop on Vanguard. Mostly i am not a fan but see it as a necessary evil. I certainly see a lot of ones that I may or may not have active throughout the day… Battle Net, Riot, Steam, Razer, Teams, Copilot, Vanguard, Steelseries Sonar, and Spotify. Plenty of similar ones for sure. I’ll post mine when i get home.
