This fight is theatrical, loud, and completely unapologetic. The arena is absurdly grand, the music is iconic, and the villain has been ruining your plans since the beginning. It’s less about fear and more about spectacle and it absolutely leans into that.

This is a hard one, and my brain isn’t working at the moment. I can count the possible bosses in this scenario on one hand. Though this seems to be King Bowser, so that would be my choice.
Then comes the hard part. Where do I rank this??? Given that the mission is “The Wedding Crash” this would be Bowser’s show, and the arena tied to Super Mario Galaxy, I would have to give it to Bowser. Yeah, it would be ranked grand epic, but is it at the top? I would place this battle as second best to King Smithy in Super Mario RPG when you are teamed up with Bowser.
Favourite phase: King Cosmic Bowser. Yeah, the chaos is absolute bonkers. That was a long time ago, lol. The music was good though. Then again, Super Mario Bros. mostly nailed the scores and atmosphere.
I havent ever played much of this one, but I am going to guess Super Mario galaxy’s bowser fight. I’ve seen my nephew play this a bit and its all i can think of
