I’m aiming for a crossover of Total War-like and Crimson Desert.

In Crimson Desert you can open or close your helms that are capable of doing so. I think this would be cool to see as a feature in the Total War series, specifically Warhammer. Enabling and scaling the intensity of this feature–let’s call it “Attentiveness”–would be visually/cosmetically noticeable to units that have been designated as able, but it is also a way to increase/decease morale and reputation of units.

To add to the feature and help give it more of a spotlight, units visually will vary on the tactical and battle maps based on unit performance, rep, and traits acquired from past battles. For example, units with traits of having great teamwork or cohesion will look more uniform and presentable whereas units with traits of rowdiness or laziness, that have been given more lenience on their attentiveness, will look more rebellious and carefree.

The best thing? Each unit will never look the same.
