For me the most replayable game of ALL TIME.. is World of Warcraft Classic.. the level of nostalgia that I get running into Stormwind and hearing the choir is straight CHILLS every time, will never ever ever get old..

Any Civ game is replayable to me.
There are some very good options on this list, but i think out of them all i have gone back and replayed Skyrim the most. From graphic updates to some overhauling with mods, tis been fun. Currently hyped for the coop mod and then we recently finished with a modpack that made it very dark soulslike.
