240 AIO for a AMD Ryzen 7 9700X recommendations?

Hello guys, do you have any recommendations for an 240 AIO for a AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
running at 105W Mode ? + Other OC so sometimes CPU is running at 142W ?

Thank you

Okay guys i found out that the best performing AiO below 160€ are from MSI and Corsair.
But definily a 360 AiO is needed, 240 isnt enough. Also AirFlow is very important could give u 5-10°C difference and … PULL in fresh air instead of PUSH out … with the AiO gave me -5°C.

I ran a 9700X on a 240mm AIO for a while, and honestly it handled the chip just fine even with PBO pushed up. The 9700X is a pretty efficient chip, it doesn’t dump heat like the higher core count parts.

What made the biggest difference in my experience was mounting and airflow rather than radiator size. Good intake airflow over the radiator can swing temps 5-10 degrees, way more than jumping from 240 to 360.

If your case fits a 360 though, go for it anyway. Not because the 9700X needs it, but because the extra radiator lets the fans run quieter. Worth it just for the noise difference.

What are ur Temperatures etc. under Benchmarks like 3DMark, CineBench or playing CS2 ?

IDLE ?
MAX ?
Min ?
Watt ?

The best i got with an 360x AiO and FANSPEED max of 80% (noticeable but not annoying fanspeed)
was

Non OC:
Max 80°C
Min 45°C
88 W

With OC:
Max 89°C
Min 44°C
144 W

But the 240 AiO and OC:
Max 95°C
Min 49°C
142 W

Here are all my Benchmarks at HWBot Security Check | HWBOT

Good data set you shared there. One thing worth knowing: hitting 95°C on a 240 AIO at 142W isn’t really the cooler failing — the 9700X is designed to ride the 95°C thermal limit while boosting, so it will sit right there under full load until you give it more headroom. A 360 just raises that ceiling, which matches your results.

If you keep a 240 for now, two things helped on my builds: run the pump at full speed and tie the fan curve to coolant temp if your AIO software supports it, and try a small negative Curve Optimizer offset — on my 9700X, -20 dropped around 8-10°C in Cinebench with no performance loss. Combined with decent case airflow, a 240 is perfectly comfortable at 105W.
