This place serves as the HUB for all questions regarding AMD giveaways. If your question is not answers, please reach out to a mod and let us know, as we will continuously update this page.
How do I redeem a Steam Key?
- Copy your key from the promotion page, or find it again in My Loot.
- Open your Steam client, click "Games" in the top menu and choose "Activate a Product on Steam…"
- Follow the on-screen instructions and insert your key.
- GGs and have fun!
How do I redeem a Non-Steam key?
- Read the redemption instructions carefully on the promotion page after you claim a key. Those instructions will tell you where to go and how to redeem your non-Steam Key. Remember, you can always find your key again on the promo page or in My Loot.
Why is my Steam Game Key not working?
- Reach out to a Mod or send a note to contact@amdgaming.com and let us know about your issue. We will be in touch to help resolve the issue. In some cases the Steam Key may be expired. So please be sure to redeem your key as soon as you get it from the promotion.
How do I claim a game key?
- Head to the Promotions Page to check out our active giveaways! You will see how many keys are left and if you are able to grab one!
Are Giveaways first-come-first-served?
- That is correct. Every giveaway on the site is a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last. Once the keys are gone the giveaway is over.
Can I claim more than one key?
- No. The keys are allotted for one key per AMD Gaming account.
Do I need an AMD Gaming account to claim a key?
- Yes! You need an AMD Gaming account AND a social account connected to be eligible for giveaways.
What should I do after I claim my key?
- Follow the redemption instructions on the promotion page and redeem it! Note that some keys have expiration dates so be sure to redeem your key before it expires!
