Main issue found
The CPU cooler fan was connected to AIO_PUMP instead of CPU_FAN.
Fixes done
Connected cooler to CPU_FAN
Case fans → CHA_FAN
Reapplied thermal paste + reseated cooler
Set CPU fan to PWM mode
Enabled PBO ECO Mode (105W)
Curve Optimizer: Negative -20
Current temps
Idle: ~45–55°C
Gaming: 85–90°C typical
System is stable and quiet
So my question is , it is normal to play Cyberpunk at this temperatura? I did everything I found on th blogs or internet, It can be normal that temperatures to the next years? maybe I need to change the cooler? or add a Thermal Grizzly Contact Sealing Frame AM5??
(Thermal Grizzly Contact Sealing Frame AM5 for CPU Cooling : Amazon.es: Computers)
I think you are okay with that -20
Its not amazing but very normal’ish.
Idle temps are a bit on the high side, but that will depend a lot on what you have running on the background. Many people will say, nothing to not much but I can assure you there are hidden stuff that can go amiss.
Example: Armoury Crate lighting service can use a variable CPU load on the background without you knowing,
Now, for the high temps, as long as you don’t throttle, you can survive just fine.
WHAT CAN INFLUENCE TEMPERATURES?
Your ambient temp is one, that’s why I like the winter. I can go as low as 30-35 idle on a 7950X. But I got a room temperature of 17ºC right now.
Case, but you mentioned a mesh case so that’s a good thing.
GPU will affect your CPU temps as the hot air rises and saturates the cooler above, unfortunately, that’s something you can only avoid using a watercooler.
Undervolt your GPU if you can, less temps more perf!
Is it on the ground or on a desk? Having it up in an uncluttered space free of obstacles can be beneficial.
Increase a tad on the RPMs without sacrificing too much the noise maybe? A custom fan curve can help.
LAST resort?
You can add offset undervolt to the CO or just go and try -30 if its stable.
About ECOmode 105… isn’t the 9700X a 65TDP Part? If you use 105TDP you’ll get more performance and higher temperatures. Well I’m not super sure on this but …
