Sweepstakes Page Issues
If you are receiving an error stating: “Browser Cookies not Enabled” or are stuck in a login loop, please try the steps below:

Change browser
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge should work without any changes
- If using Firefox
- Click the shield icon to the left of the address bar.
- Toggle off the Enhanced Tracking Protection switch.
- The page will reload automatically and allow cookies for that site.

Accept cookies
- Add AMDGaming.com and Gleam.io to your ‘Accepted Cookies’ lists in your browser settings. Refresh and try again.
- On iOS, go to Settings > Apps > Safari and scroll down to “Privacy & Security” and disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”

Disable Ad Blockers
- Many ad blockers will block features that Gleam requires for operating
- If you are having issues with a login loop, or unable to perform an action, disabling the ad blocker or adding AMDGaming.com and Gleam.io to a whitelist may help
Q: How long does it take for winners to be announced for a particular sweepstakes?
A: Winners are chosen and notified immediately the next business day after a sweepstakes end date. The announcement of said winners can take a little bit more time depending on a few different factors such as the winner responding to the email notification, verification of the winner, etc. We do our best to keep things as quickly as possible to let gamers know who won!
