Hey everyone!
We just updated our official CES 2026 page, and it looks like this year is going to be a big one.
Dr. Lisa Su (Chair and CEO) Keynote — Jan 5 @ 6:30 PM PT
We are opening CES with Dr. Lisa Su on stage, where she’ll outline the company’s vision for the future of AI — from cloud and enterprise all the way down to devices and PCs.
AMD Connect (Jan 6–9)
Alongside the keynote, we will host “AMD Connect,” showcasing everything from AI PCs and gaming to data center, edge AI, and more. It’s essentially a full look at AMD’s ecosystem and where things are headed.
Automotive Showcase
We are also bringing its “Advancing Automotive” demos to CES, highlighting next-gen in-vehicle compute and AI-powered automotive tech.
Don’t forget, mark your calendar: January 5–9!
What’s your top hope or prediction for AMD this year?
In much appreciation to AMD Radeon’s hard-working engineers, they have made FSR Redstone ‘natively’ compatible with RDNA 3. Knowing that they had to produce a workable solution to make it work near-level to RDNA 4. They extensively trained the INT8 model, showcasing real progress shown by AMD’s AI prowess. This is testament to AMD being pro-consumer, developing architecture not only to compute and accelerate today, but also tomorrow. Not only will this come to the RX 7000 series, but this will also come to handhelds powered by RDNA 3.5. To huge applause, AMD states, also coming to the Steam Machine (showing GabeN play “HALF-LIFE 3” on the Steam Machine with the entire FSR Redstone suite enabled running on Vulkan). Crowd goes crazy!
I’d love to see the new Zen 6 processors. I think I’ll consider a “10700X” if it offers an average overall improvement of 40% over the 7700X.
And exciting new improvements to Adrenaline Software, with some features even for RDNA3.
As for RDNA5, I’m super curious to learn more about the architecture, but I’ll stick with my 7900XTX, which I really appreciate.
Worse than getting nothing. The pandering to the politics was disgusting. I never thought I’d see AMD stoop this low. CES= Consumer Electronics Show… for years, tech enthusiasts would wait to see keynotes and press releases about all the upcoming hardware, etc… Now it has devolved into pandering to an autocratic regime, for what? A jump in stock price? A feather in your MAGA hat? I’ll never look at Lisa Su or AMD the same way again. An absolutely disgusting, shameful, disrespectful display of political patty-cake. My 25+ year love affair with AMD is officially over.
I have the same feeling. Always said will never buy NVIDIA again, but… Let’s just keep fingers crossed for Intel.
I’ll be using my RDNA 3 as long as I can for now, despite AMD making it obsolete.
